At Corelabs, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will make it right.

Eligibility Refunds are only accepted for items that arrive defective or damaged. We do not accept refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Timeframe Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Process To request a refund, email us at [your email] with your order number and clear photo evidence of the defect or damage. We will review your request within 2-3 business days.

Resolution Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior approval are not eligible for refunds.
